AWClub888 reserves the right to request proof of identity (MyKad, passport) and proof of age at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each awclub888 member is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. AWClub888 recommends that you:

• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password or account information with anyone.
• Change your password regularly, at least once every three (3) months.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of identity verification. 4.3 Refund Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct

Awclub888 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate the system or games.
• Colluding with other members to commit betting fraud or influence game outcomes.
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts to artificially guarantee winnings.
• Using insider information or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method that is not in your own name.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration or transactions.
• Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt, or activity that could compromise the awclub888 platform.
• Distributing obscene, offensive, or threatening content through awclub888's communication channels.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

9.2 Termination by AWClub888

AWClub888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus abuse or betting fraud.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of RM10 per month may be charged on such accounts until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates their account.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

AWClub888 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. AWClub888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data damage or loss resulting from natural disasters, cyberattacks, or unforeseeable events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

AWClub888's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
